Added Users are shown on manage user page in list view. We can edit or delete these records from manage user page. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin. Without activation on that user system, that user cannot use the software. Super Admin setup the user system then user can use the software. User can use software only on setup machine. As shown in following image it shows number of users in list view with details.

 

****7.2 Manage User Screen ****

Field Description: -

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search staff by entering staff name or mobile number. When u enter any keyword then it will search that keyword and show you the result related to that entered keyword. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search staff.
  2. User Type: - This is a filter named user type filter. You can filter/search staff by selecting user type. When u select any type then it will search that type and show you the result related to that selected user type staff. After selecting any user type, you have to click on search button to search staff.
  3. Branch name: - This is a filter named Branch wise filter. You can filter/search staff by selecting branch. When u select any branch then it will search that branch and show you the result related to that selected branch. After selecting any branch, you have to click on search button to search staff.

Add User

In Add user we have to 1st add two main users as Super admin and Center Manager. Then we can add other users like stockiest, accountant, faculties etc.   It’s mandatory to add User 1st. The access of this screen is only for super admin. Super Admin Create Users and according to those Users Login Credentials they access their project and work on it as per the privileges given. About privileges we discuss it later in documentation. User name, password, contact number, Email ID are the Mandatory Fields in add user screen. Other fields are not mandatory but used for salary slip. The attendance ID is one of important field in add user screen. It is mandatory for Payroll module. Without attendance ID we cannot generate employee salary.  Following images shows the screens of add User.

****7.1 Add User Screen ****

Field Description: -

  1. Select User Type: - In this field you have to select user type that is which type of user you were creating. This field is mandatory.
  2. Select Branch: - In this field you have to select Branch. This field is mandatory.
  3. Attendance Id: - In this field you have to enter attendance id here. This should be unique id. This field is mandatory for salary.
  4. Name: - In this field you have enter user name. This field accepts only characters. This field is mandatory.
  5. Mobile 1: - In this field you have enter user mobile number. This field accepts only numbers. This field is mandatory.
  6. Mobile 2: - In this field you have enter user alternative mobile number. This field accepts only numbers. This field is not mandatory.
  7. Home Phone: - In this field you have enter user Land line number. This field accepts only numbers. This field is not mandatory.
  8. Email: - In this field you have to enter user personal email address. The email address should be in proper format. Example-(yourname@gmail.com). This field is mandatory.
  9. Alternate Email: - In this field you have to enter user alternate email address. The email address should be in proper format.
  10. Date of Birth: - In this field you have to enter user’s date of birth. This field is not mandatory.
  11. Current Address: - In this field you have enter user current address. This field is not mandatory.
  12. Permanent Address: - In this field you have enter user permanent address. This field is not mandatory.
  13. Specification: - In this field you have enter user specification. This field is not mandatory.
  14. Qualification: - In this field you have enter user qualification. This field is not mandatory.
  15. Experience: - In this field you have enter user experience. This field is not mandatory.
  16. Department: - In this field you have enter user department. This field is not mandatory.
  17. Designation: - In this field you have enter user designation. This field is not mandatory.
  18. Privileges: - In this field you have to select privileges you have to give to that user. This field is not mandatory.
  19. Screen Access Privileges: - In this field you have to select staff access privileges you have to give to that user. This field is not mandatory.
  20. Edit Access: - In this field you have to select Edit Access you have to give to that user. This field is not mandatory.
  21. Delete Access: - In this field you have to select Delete Access you have to give to that user. This field in not mandatory.
  22. Task Access: - In this field you have to select Task Access you have to give to that user. This field is not mandatory.
  23. Company Name: - In this field you have to select company name of that user. This field is not mandatory.
  24. Joining Date: - In this field you have to enter joining date of that user. This field is not mandatory.
  25. Leaving Date: - In this field you have to enter leaving date of that user. This field is not mandatory.
  26. Description: - In this field you have to enter description. This field is not mandatory.
  27. Basic Salary: - In this field you have to enter basic salary of that user. This field is not mandatory.
  28. User Name: - In this filed you have to enter user name here for login details. This filed is mandatory.
  29. Password: - In this filed you have to enter password here for login details. This filed is mandatory.
  30. Photo: - You can upload user photo here if available. This filed is mandatory.

Department
