Add Group

1. Add Group: -

This is the 4^th screen of SMS and Email module that is Add group. In this page you can send SMS or Email to groups. Following image shows Add group screen.

Field Description: -

1. Group Name: - In this field you have to enter group name here. This filed is mandatory.
2. Send To: - In this field you have to select send to staff or student. After selecting send to option you have to select type as active or inactive or all staff or student. This filed is mandatory.
3. Select Staff/Student: - when you select send to as a staff then this field shows all staff names. If you select student then this filed shows all student names. You have to select here staff or student whom you want to send SMS or email. This filed is mandatory.
