Manage Customer Service
This is 4th screen of our Manage Services Module that is Manage Customer Service. In this screen we can view the all Services regarding Customer with details. We can edit and delete these records from manage customer service page. The access of edit and delete records only for super admin.
We can take follow-ups of customer from here with particular service as the follow up history shown in following image (10.2.1). Image (10.4.1) shows the screen of Manage Customer Service. We can make payment of remaining amount from same page as shown in following image (10.4.2) and history of payment show in image (10.4.3) with payment details. Also, we provide job cards and give print to that customer. The job card of service show in image (10.4.3). View invoice button in also there. The format of invoice is shown in image (10.4.4).

Field Description: -
- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search booked service by entering customer name or customer mobile number or any service name. When u enter any keyword then it will search that keyword and show you the result related to that entered keyword. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search booked Service.
Add Service Inquiry
- Add Inquiry (Service)
This is 1st screen of our Manage Services Module that is Add inquiry about service. In this form we add service inquiry with customer personal details like name, mobile number and email ID also we add which services he or she wants to do. We can add multiple services in one time show in following image.
After selecting services, the total is auto calculated. If discount applied on that amount then discounted amount also auto calculated. We also have to add inquiry source, lead grade, response category and who added this service that is staff name. The following image shows form of add inquiry for service.

**** 10.1 Add Inquiry (Service) Screen ****
Field Description: -
- Enquiry Date: - In this field you have to enter enquiry date. When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the date. This field is Mandatory.
- Lead Category: - In this field you have to check the lead category. If the lead is coming through phone then select phone. If the lead came through the walk-in then choose walk-in. This field is Mandatory.
- Customer Name: - In this field you have to enter name of customer. This field accepts only characters no number. This field is Mandatory.
- Mobile Number: - In this field you have to enter middle name of customer. This field accepts only characters no white space and number. This field is not mandatory.
- Email: - In this field you have to enter Students personal email address. The email address should be in proper format. Example-(yourname@gmail.com). This field is not mandatory.
- Service List: -
- Select Service: - In this field you have select services as per the customer enquiries. You can add multiple services here by clicking plus sign and also delete added services by clicking delete icon. This field is mandatory.
- Price: - When you select service, then that service price is automatically display in this field. This field is mandatory.
- Discount in % or cash: - when you select the discount in % then discount will calculated in percentage. If you select discount in cash then it will calculate the discount in cash that is in rupees. This field is not mandatory.
- Total Price: - After entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated and it is total price. It is mandatory.
- Staff: - In this field you have to select staff name here. Basically, it is service provider name who is giving that service. It is mandatory.
- Service Price: - when you select the services then this field is automatically calculating the all services price with discount and display the amount in this field. This field is mandatory.
- Discount in % or cash: - when you select the discount in % then discount will calculated in percentage. If you select discount in cash then it will calculate the discount in cash that is in rupees. This field is not mandatory.
- Discounted price: - after entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated. It is mandatory.
- Total Cost: - when you select products then product price, discounted price then total cost will automatically be calculated. This filed is mandatory.
- Amount: - when you select products then product price, discounted price then total cost will automatically be calculated. This filed is mandatory.
- Enquiry Source: - In this field you have to select Enquiry source from which enquiry has come from down list. This field is mandatory.
- Remark: - In this field you have to enter remark any query of customer you can add. This field is not mandatory.
- New Follow-up Date: - In this field you have to enter new follow-up date. When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the next follow-up date. This field is Mandatory.
- Follow-up Description: - In this field you have to enter follow-up description. You have to add what type of follow-up it is. Is customer interested for next follow-up or not. This field is not mandatory.
- Lead Grade: - In this field you have to select the lead grade depends on the follow-up of customer. If customer is most interested for next follow-up then you can select very hot or hot as a lead grade. If customer is least interested for next follow-up then you can select warm as a lead grade. If customer is not interested for next follow-up then you can select neutral or cold as a lead grade. This field is mandatory.
- Response Category: - In this field you have to select response category that is customer response for the next follow-up from the dropdown list. This field is mandatory.
- Select Employee: - In this field you have to select that staff who is going to add this enquiry. This field select default login user name. If you want to change this then you can change it. This field is mandatory.
- Add Service: - This is Submit button. When you fill all the fields then you can submit the form. If any wrong field submission is done then it gives error on the top of the page. You have to correct that filed errors and then re submit the form.
Manage service Inquiry

This is 2nd screen of our Manage Services Module that is Manage Service Inquiry. In this screen we can view the all inquiries regarding services with detail. We can edit and delete these records from manage service inquiry page. The access of edit and delete records only for super admin.
We can book this particular inquiry from same page. We also can take follow-ups from here with particular inquiry as the follow up history shown in following image (10.2.1). Image (10.2.3) shows the screen of Manage Service Inquiry.

Update Follow-up: - You can update follow-up from here. The button of update follow-up is top right side of the list. The following images shows update follow-up screen.

Field Description: -
- Customer Details: - In this section you can see the details of the student.
- Lead Category: - In this field you have to check the lead category. If the lead is coming through phone then select phone. If the lead came through the walk-in then choose walk-in. This field is Mandatory.
- New Follow-up Date: - In this field you have to enter new follow-up date. When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the next follow-up date. This field is Mandatory.

- Follow-up Description: - In this field you have to enter follow-up description. You have to add what type of follow-up it is. Is student interested for next follow-up or not. This field is not mandatory.

Field Description: -
- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search service enquiry by entering customer name or customer mobile number or any service name. When u enter any keyword then it will search that keyword and show you the result related to that entered keyword. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Select Enquiry Type: - This is a filter named Enquiry type filter. You can filter/Search the services by selecting enquiry type. You can select enquiry type from drop down list. After selecting enquiry type you have to click on Search button.
- Enquiry created by: - This is a filter named Enquiry created by filter. You can filter/Search the services by selecting Staff name who have created. You can select enquiry created by from drop down list. After selecting staff, you have to click on Search button.
- Enquiry assign to: - This is a filter named Enquiry assign to filter. You can filter/Search the services by selecting Staff name who have assigned to inquiry. You can select enquiry assigned to from drop down list. After selecting staff, you have to click on Search button.
- Select Enquiry source: - This is a filter named Enquiry source filter. You can filter/Search the services by type of source. Select Enquiry source from drop down list. After selecting a source, you have to click on search button.
- Select response Type: - This is a filter named Response type filter. You can filter/Search the services by response type. Select the response type from drop down list. After selecting response type click on Search button.
- Select Lead Grade: - This is a filter named lead grade filter. You can filter/search the services by lead grade (hot, very hot). Select the lead grade from drop down list. After selecting lead grade click on search button.
- Select Date type: - This is a filter named Date type filter. You can filter/search the services by Date type Enquiry date or follow-up date. Select the date type from drop down list. After the selecting date type, you have to click on Search button.
- Select follow-up Type: - This is a filter named follow-up type. You can filter/search the services by follow-up type untouched and completed follow-up. After selecting follow-up type click on search button.
Book Service
Book Service
This is 3rd screen of our Manage Services Module that is Book Service. In this form we book service of customer regarding staff. 1st we select date he or she wants to book and according to staff selection we allocate time slab for that service shows in following image (10.3.1).
On clicking on time slab, it opens the book service form as shown in following image (10.3.2).
In this form we book service and add customer personal details like name, mobile number and email ID also we add which services he or she wants to do. We can add multiple services in one time show in following image.
After selecting services, the total is auto calculated. If discount applied on that amount then discounted amount also auto calculated. If any coupon is applied then this price also auto calculated by the system.
The care call Follow-up date and the treatment call follow-up date are having to enter. According to payable amount entered remaining amount is auto calculated. The following image shows form of add inquiry for service. .

Field Description: -
- SAC Number: - SAC codes (Full form: Services Accounting Code) are codes issued by CBEC to uniformly classify each service under GST. Each service has a unique SAC. These SAC codes can be used in invoices created by you for the services you delivered. It is auto display in the input box. This field is mandatory.
- Show GST: - in this field you have to select yes or no option for show GST or not. It is mandatory.
- Search by Mobile Number: You have to select mobile number of that person who has book the service. This field is mandatory.
- Select Customer: - when you selecting mobile number of that person whose service you booked then it will display the name of that person automatically. This field is mandatory.
- Service List: - In this box you have to enter services with details as given bellow.
- Select Service Name: - In this field you have to select services which customer wants and it is mandatory.
- Price: - after selecting service name price is automatically display in input box. It is mandatory.
- Discount (in % or in Rs/-): - you have to enter discount amount here. You have to select the amount is in percentage or in rupees. It is mandatory.
- Discounted price: - after entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated. It is mandatory.
- Total price: - after selecting product name total price is automatically display in input box. It is mandatory.
- Select Staff: - In this field you have to select staff name here. Basically, you have to select those staff who gave the service to the customer. It is mandatory because the staff incentive is depending on that.
- Service Price: - when you select products then service price will automatically calculate the total service price. This filed is mandatory.
- Discount (in % or in Rs/-): - you have to enter discount amount here. You have to select the amount is in percentage or in rupees. This discount is on total service price. It is mandatory.
- Discounted price: - after entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated. It is mandatory.
- Total Cost: - when you select products then product price, discounted price then total cost will automatically be calculated. This filed is mandatory.
- Apply GST: - In this field you have to select yes, no or included GST. If you select included, then it calculates GST on discounted price and display it on CGST and SGST column and this discounted amount is included GST amount. If you select yes then it calculates GST on discounted price and add that amount in discounted price. If you select no then it does not apply GST on discounted Amount.
- CGST 9%: - The CGST is automatically calculated on apply GST field. This field is mandatory.
- SGST 9%: - The SGST is automatically calculated on apply GST field. This field is mandatory.
- Total Cost: - when you select products then product price, discounted price then total cost will automatically be calculated. This filed is mandatory.
- Select Category: - In this field you have to select category like package, voucher or loyalty. If customer have package then you have to select package. If the package is available with that customer then system automatically show package details. If customer have voucher code then you have to select voucher option, system shows new column in that you have to select voucher name, and enter voucher code that customer has. System check if it is valid then voucher applied for this customer.
- Select Payment Mode: - In this field you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details This field is mandatory.
- Care Call Follow-up Date: - In this field you have to enter care call follow-up date. When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the next follow-up date. This field is Mandatory.
- Treatment Call Follow-up Date: - In this field you have to enter treatment call follow-up date. When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the next follow-up date. This field is Mandatory.
- Follow-up Description: - In this field you have to enter follow-up description. You have to add what type of follow-up it is. Is customer interested for next follow-up or not. This field is not mandatory.
- Final Amount: - This amount is total payable amount. This field is mandatory.
- Payable Amount: - You have to enter here payable amount that customer pay to us. This field is mandatory.
- Remaining amount: - This amount is automatically calculated when payable amount is less than total cost. The balance amount goes into remaining amount automatically.

2. Sub Category: - In this field you have to enter service sub category name here. You can add multiple subcategories to main category. If you want to show this category on our shop website, then you have to check the checkbox next to each category. This field not accepts numbers. This fields are mandatory.

In that form we add service-related details like service name, service category, service code, service price, service description and how many times it takes to complete service. The following image shows add service screen.

- Time Required to Finish: - In this field you have to select time required for the service. This field is mandatory.

- Visit Frequency (in days): - In this field you have to enter number of days that customer has to visit again for this service. This field is mandatory.0

In that form we add Membership to Customer and fill Customer details, Membership details and payment details. The following image shows add customer Membership screen.

Add Voucher

This is 16th screen of our Manage Services Module that is Add Voucher. In this page we add Service Voucher.
In that form we add Voucher related details. If we select amount then we add amount related details and generate voucher. If select we service then we can add multiple services in voucher. When we enter quantity of voucher then it generates the voucher code of that much quantity. The image (10.16.1) shows add Voucher screen.
On same page we can manage those vouchers which are added in system. The list view of all vouchers is bellow to add the voucher form.
We can edit or delete records from manage same page. The access of edit and delete record is only for super admin. The following image shows the manage voucher screen. The image (10.16.2) shows Manage Voucher screen.

- Select Category: - In this field you have to select category that is amount or service. When you select amount as a category then you have to enter amount details. When you select service as a category then you have to add services. This field is mandatory.
- Deal Name: - In this field you have to enter deal name as a voucher name. This filed is mandatory.
- Quantity: - In this field you have to enter quantity of voucher. This filed is mandatory.
- Voucher Code: - When you enter quantity the voucher code is automatically created and display here. This filed is mandatory.
- Start Date: - In this field you have to select start date of package. This field is mandatory.
- End Date: - In this field you have to select end date of package. This field is mandatory.
- Selling Amount: - Total service price is automatically calculated after added services. This field is mandatory.

In that form we add Membership related details like Membership name, Validity, price, Loyalty Points and discount in (%). The following image shows add Membership screen.

- Loyalty Point: - In this filed you have to enter loyalty point here against membership. This field is required.

In that form we add package related details like package name, package code, select Services to add in package, Quantity, start date, End Date, Total Service Price and Selling Amount with tax details. The following image shows add Package screen.

This is 2nd screen on manage service module. In this screen you can see customer added by you with his details.

- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search customer by entering customer name or mobile Number. When u enter any customer name or mobile Number then it will search that name or number and show you the result related to that entered customer name or mobile Number. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search customers.
- Add/Edit Membership: - You can add or edit membership for existing customer from add/edit membership column.

This is 1st screen on manage service module. In this screen you can add customer details from here like customer name, gender, mobile number, date of birth etc.
Fields that are marked with red stars are mandatory fields in the form. This for when your sale any product to anyone you should select customer 1st.Hence you need to add customer first.

- Customer ID: - The customer Id is auto generated. This field is Mandatory.
- Customer Name: - In this field you have to enter customer name. This field does not accept numbers. This field is Mandatory.
- Gender: - In this field you have to select gender of customer. This field is not mandatory.
- Date of Birth: - In this field you have to select Date of birth of customer. This field is not mandatory.
- Anniversary Date: - In this field you have to select anniversary Date of customer. This field is not mandatory.
- Mobile1: - In this field you have to enter the customer’s mobile number. This field accepts only numbers not white spaces, characters and special characters. This field is mandatory.
- Mobile2: - In this field you have to enter the customer’s alternative mobile number. This field accepts only numbers not white spaces, characters and special characters. This field is not mandatory.
- Email: - In this field you have to enter customer’s personal email address. The email address should be in proper format. Example-(yourname@gmail.com). This field is mandatory.
- Customer GST number (if available): - In this field you have to enter customer GST number if available. This field is mandatory.
- Billing Address: - In this field you have to enter customer’s address here. This field is not mandatory.
- Delivery Address: - In this field you have to enter customer’s address here. This field is not mandatory.
- DND: - In this field you have to select which type of SMS customer wants to take on DND mode. This field is not mandatory.
- Select Membership: - In this field, if customer wants membership then select yes otherwise select no. if you select yes then you have to select which member ship the customer wants. After selecting membership, the membership details are automatically display on below of membership. Also, you have to select start and end date of that membership. In payment mode you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details. This field is mandatory if select yes.
- Notes: - In this field you have to enter any note. This field is not mandatory.
Manage Package/ Voucher/Membership

This is 18th screen of our Manage Services Module that is manage sale voucher/package. In this sub module you can see the sale voucher and package list with detail. You can make payment form view payment column. Following images shows sale voucher/package screen.

This is 17th screen of our Manage Services Module that is sale voucher/package. In this sub module you can sale the package or voucher to the customer. Following images shows sale voucher/package screen.

- Select Category: - In this field you have to select category that is package or voucher. If you want to sale package then you have to select package as a category. If you want to sale voucher then you have to select voucher as a category. This field is mandatory.
- Quantity: - In this field you have to enter quantity of voucher or package you want to sale. This filed is mandatory.
- Voucher Code: - When you enter quantity the voucher code is automatically created and display here. This filed is mandatory.

- Payable Amount: - You have to enter here payable amount that customer pay to us. This field is mandatory.

Import Services
Import Services
This is 19th screen of our Manage Services Module that is Import Services. We need this screen for import the Services directly from the excel sheet into system. When we import Service list into system then it automatically adds into Services and display on manage Service page. The file format is must be .xls format. The Following Image shows the screen of import Services page.

This is 20th screen of our Manage Services Module that is Import campaign Services. In this sub module you can import enquiries that came from campaign. See the following screen of import campaign service.

- Download Format: - In this filed you can download the excel sheet format. You have to upload same format when import campaign services.
