Batch Specific

1. Batch Specific: -

This is the 1^st screen of SMS and Email module that is Batch specific. In this page you can send SMS or Email as a batch wise. Following image shows batch specific screen.

Field Description: -

1. Select Batch: - In this field you have to select batch. When you select any batch name system display the student name in that batch. You have to select students whom you want to send SMS or email. This filed is mandatory.
2. Send By: - If you want to send SMS then you have to select send by as SMS. If you select SMS then you have to select SMS type as a promotional or transactional. If you want to send email then you have to select send by as email. If you select email then you have to enter subject in add subject field, if you want to upload any image into email then you can upload image also you have to select alignment of that image that is if you want image shown above the message then you have to select alignment as above message otherwise select bellow message. This field is mandatory.
3. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.
4. Date: - In this filed you have to select date. This filed is not mandatory.
5. Photo: - In this field you have to select user photo. This flied is not mandatory.
