  1. Manage Subscriber: -

This is the 2nd screen of SMS and Email module that is manage subscriber. In this page you can see all subscriber list with details. You have to select that subscriber status as active or inactive. Following image shows manage subscriber screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search subscriber by entering subscriber name or mobile number. When u enter any subscriber name or mobile number then it will search that subscriber name or mobile number and show you the result related to that entered keyword. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search subscriber.
  2. Status: - In this filed you have to select status of subscriber as active or inactive. When you send any SMS or email to subscriber it will go only for active subscribers.

Manage Tax

Added Taxes are shown on manage Tax page in list view branch wise. We can edit or delete these records from manage tax page. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin. As shown in following image it shows number of branch wise Taxes in list view.

Manage Batch Time

Added Batch Times are shown on manage batch time page in list view branch wise. We can edit or delete these records from manage discount page. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin and Center Manager. As shown in following image it shows number of branch wise Discounts in list view in details.

Reward value Config

This is 9th screen of our General Setting Module that is managing Reward Value. In that screen we add what are the value of 1 Reward Point and its branch wise. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager.

Added records are shown also as same page in list view branch wise. We can edit or delete these records from here shown in following image. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin and Center Manager. As shown in following image it shows number of branch wise Manage Reward Value in list view in as well as shows the screen of Add Reward Value.

  1. Value: - In this filed you have to enter reward value and this filed is mandatory.
  2. Minimum number of points to redeem: - In this filed you have to enter minimum number of points to redeem and this filed is mandatory.

Reward Point Config

This is 10th screen of our General Setting Module that is managing Reward Points. In that screen we add Rewards Point with respect to Rupees [example. Get 2 reward point after spending 100 RS/-]. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager.

Added records are shown also as same page in list view branch wise. We can edit or delete these records from here shown in following image with arrow. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin and Center Manager. As shown in following image it shows number of branch wise Manage Reward Point in list view in as well as show the screen of Add Reward Point.

  1. Enter Rupees: - In this filed you have to enter reward rupees and this filed is mandatory.
  2. Reward points: - In this filed you have to enter reward points and this filed is mandatory.

Manage SAC Codes

  1. Manage SAC Code

This is 11th screen of our General Setting Module that is Managing SAC Code. SAC codes (Full form: Services Accounting Code) are codes issued by CBEC to uniformly classify each service under GST. Each service has a unique SAC. These SAC codes can be used in invoices created by you for the services you delivered. We can edit or delete these records from here shown in following image with arrow. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin and Center Manager. As shown in following image it shows number of Sac Code in list view as well as show the screen of Add Sac Code.

Add Holidays

This is 17th screen of General settings module named Add Holiday. We can add the holidays and also can see all the holidays list view on same page.

This is 18th screen of our General Setting Module that is managing basic course weightage. In that screen we add what are the weightage of course. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager.

Advance Course Weightage

This is 19th screen of our General Setting Module that is managing Advance course weightage. In that screen we add what are the weightage of course. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager.

Manage Grade Calculation

This is 20th screen of our General Setting Module that is managing manage grade calculation. In that screen we manage what are the grade calculation of course. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager.

Add Branch

This is 13th screen of our project. 1ST of all we have to add branch 1st. Without adding branch, we cannot do anything in project. It’s mandatory to add branch 1st. The access of this screen is only for super admin. Super Admin Create Branches and according to those branches all other modules are work. Following image shows the screen of add branch.

  1. Branch Name: - In this field you have to enter the branch name and this field is mandatory.
  2. ISAS Address: - In this filed you have to enter address of ISAS. This field is not mandatory.
  3. Innocent Address: - In this filed you have to enter address of innocent salon. This field is not mandatory.
  4. Frespa Address: - In this filed you have to enter address of Frespa. This field is not mandatory.
  5. GST Number: - In this filed you have to enter GST number and this field is not mandatory.
  6. CapEX Investment: - In this filed you have to enter capital expense investment here. This filed is not mandatory.

Add Tax

This is 3rd screen of our General Setting Module. 1ST of all we have to add Tax. Without adding Tax, we cannot do any calculation in project. It’s mandatory to add taxes (CGST, SGST, IGST) 1st. The access of this screen is only for super admin. Super Admin Add Taxes Branch wise and according to those calculations in all project is done. Following image shows the screen of add Tax.

  1. Tax Type: - In this field you have  Select Tax type and this field is mandatory.
  2. Installment on Course (in %): - In this field you have to enter installment value in percentage and this field is mandatory.

This is 1st screen of our General Setting Module. 1ST of all we have to add Tax Type. Without adding Tax Type, we cannot do any calculation in project. It’s mandatory to add taxes like (CGST, SGST, IGST) 1st. The access of this screen is only for super admin. Super Admin Add Taxes Branch wise and according to those calculations in all project is done. Following image shows the screen of add Tax Type.

This is 5th screen of our General Setting Module. 1ST of all we have to add Discount. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager. We can generate discount code here and use when any student enrolls. Following image shows the screen of add Discount.

  2. Quantity: - In this field you to enter quantity of coupons. This field is not mandatory.
  3. Voucher Code: - In this field you have to enter discount code and this field is mandatory.
  4. Discount (in %): - In this field you have to enter discount value in percentage and this field is mandatory.
  5. Start Date: - In this field you have to select start date and this field is mandatory.
  6. End Date: - In this field you have to select end date and this field is mandatory.
  7. Status: - In this filed you have to select status as active or inactive. This filed is mandatory field.
  8. Assigned to:- In this field you have to select staff that you want assign. This field is not mandatory.

Add Batch Time

This is 7th screen of our General Setting Module that is batch time master. 1ST of all we have to add Batch Time. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager. We add batch time here and select when add batch and enroll student. Following image shows the screen of add batch time.

This is 12th screen of our General Setting Module that is Managing Response. This is response master in that we add response against enquiries. When follow-up taken against any enquiry then this response is selected. We can edit or delete these records from here shown in following image with arrow. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin and Center Manager. As shown in following image it shows number of responses in list view as well as show the screen of Add Response.

  1. Name: - In this filed you have to enter response category name and this filed is mandatory. You can add multiple name by clicking plus icon and also delete it by clicking on delete icon.
  2. SMS template text (For Enrollment): - In this field you have to enter text that you have to send to enrollment student. This field is not mandatory.
  3. SMS template text (For Service): - In this field you have to enter text that you have to send to service customer. This field is not mandatory.

Manage Biometric Device

This is 25th screen of our General Setting Module that is manage biometric device. The access of this screen is only for super admin and Center Manager.
