Field Description: -
1.Select Country Name: - You have to select a country from drop down list and this field is mandatory.
2.Select State Name: - You have to select your state name. This filed is mandatory.
3.select City Name: - You have to enter your city name. This field is mandatory.
4.Enter Area Name:- You have to enter your Area name. This field is mandatory.
