Manage Inquiry
This is the 2nd screen of manage student. Added inquiries are shown on manage inquiry page in list view. We can take follow ups from here also we can fill enrollment form from here if any student wants to enroll. Follow up history mention in manage follow up page in detail. As shown in following image it shows number of inquiries in list view in details.

**** 4.2.1 Manage Inquiry Screen ****
Field Description: -
- Select Branch: - This is a filter named select branch. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the branch. When u select any branch then it will show all the enquiries related to that branch you selected. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Added To: - This is a filter named added to. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the added to staff. When u select any staff, whom added the enquiries in system from the dropdown list then it will show all the enquiries related to that staff you selected. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Assigned To: - This is a filter named assigned to. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the assigned to staff. When u select any staff whom the enquiries are assigned in system from the dropdown list then it will show all the enquiries related to that staff you selected. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Source By: - This is a filter named source by. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the source type. When u select any source from the dropdown list then it will show all the enquiries related to that source you selected. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Response By: - This is a filter named response by. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the response type. When u select any student response from the dropdown list then it will show all the enquiries related to that response type you selected. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Follow-up Date From to follow-up To Search: - This is a filter named date filter. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the Date range. When u select the date range then it will show all the enquiries between that date ranges. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Select lead Grade: - This is a filter named lead grade filter. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the lead grade type. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Select Follow-up Type: - This is a filter named Follow-up Type filter. You can filter/search enquiries by selecting the Follow-up type. After selecting any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search enquiries by entering student name or any course name. When you enter any student name or mobile number then it will search that name or number and show you the result related to that entered student name. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
This is screen of inquiry follow-up details screen. Added inquiry follow-up are shown on inquiry follow-up page in detail in list view. See the following image of follow-up details page.

**** 4.2.2 Inquiry Follow-up Details Screen ****
Update Follow-up: - You can update follow-up from here. The button of update follow-up is top right side of the list. The following images shows update follow-up screen.

****4.2.3 Inquiry Follow-up Update Details Screen ****
Field Description: -
- Student Details: - In this section you can see the details of the student.
- Lead Category: - In this field you have to check the lead category. If the lead is coming through phone then select phone. If the lead came through the walk-in then choose walk-in. This field is Mandatory.
- New Follow-up Date: - In this field you have to enter new follow-up date. When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the next follow-up date. This field is Mandatory.
- Lead Grade: - This is lead grade filter in which we can search leads grade wise. You just have to select lead grade type and click on search button then it will show all leads related to that grade you selected.
- Response Category: - In this field you have to select response category that is student response for the next follow-up from the dropdown list. This field is mandatory.
- Follow-up Description: - In this field you have to enter follow-up description. You have to add what type of follow-up it is. Is student interested for next follow-up or not. This field is not mandatory.
