Issue Book

Issue Book: -

This is the 1st screen of manage book that is Issue book. You can issue book by Entering customer type, Book name and Days how many days you want book.

 

 

****6.1 Issue Book****

File Description: -

1. Select Type: - This is a field where you can add the user type (Ex. Employee, Customer or Student). After Enter the user type you should enter the name or mobile no of the customer. This field is mandatory.

2. Select Book: - You can select book from drop down list. You can select only the book present in your branch. This field is mandatory.

3. Days: -This is filed where you can enter the Days, how many you want book in days. This field id only accepts the number. This field is mandatory.

Issue Book

Issue Book: -

This is the 1st screen of manage book that is Issue book. You can issue book by Entering customer type, Book name and Days how many days you want book.

 

 

****6.1 Issue Book****

File Description: -

Manage Issued Books

  1. Manage Issued Books: -

This is a 2nd screen of manage library that is manage issued book. This table keeps the all issued books record and delete and search the book.

File Description: -

1. Keyword: - This is the filter named Keyword. You can enter the any book name or user name then the record get should be displayed.

Manage Return Book

Manage return book: -

 This is the 3rd screen of the manage library. All the returned book records are added here when you click on return button of manage issued book.

File Description: -

1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword. Enter book name or issued to name then the all records displayed related to keyword.

Manage book Lost

  1. Manage Lost Books: -

This is the 5th screen of the manage library. All the Lost book records are added here when you click on Lost button of manage issued book.

****6.4 Manage book Lost****

File Description: -

1. Branch name: - This is a filter named branch. Select the branch from the drop-down list. When you select the branch then the all records are display related to branch.

2. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword. Enter book name or issued to name then the all records displayed related to keyword.

3. Delete: - This is the delete button you can use this for deleting records.

4. Export to excel: - When you click on excel then all the records get stored in excel sheet.

Manage book

  1. Manage Books: -

This is the 5th screen of the manage library. All the Lost book records are added here when you click on Lost button of manage issued book.

****6.4 Manage book Lost****

File Description: -

1. Branch name: - This is a filter named branch. Select the branch from the drop-down list. When you select the branch then the all records are display related to branch.

2. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword. Enter book name or issued to name then the all records displayed related to keyword.

3. Delete: - This is the delete button you can use this for deleting records.

4. Export to excel: - When you click on excel then all the records get stored in excel sheet.

Add Book

5Add Book: -

This is the 5th screen of the manage library that is add book. You can add the book here. After adding a book, you have just click on add book. Record will be stored.

File Description: -

1. Book name: - This is field where you can add the book name. Both character and number will accept. This is mandatory field.

2. ISBN no: - This is the field where you can enter the ISBN no of book. This is mandatory field.

3. Book Category: -This is the field where you select the book category from drop down list. This is mandatory field.

4. Description: - This is the field where you can add the description about the book. This is not mandatory field.

5. Language: - This is the field where you can add the type of language the book is written. This field is mandatory.

6. Publisher: - This is the field where you can enter the publisher. This field is not mandatory.

7. Publisher year: - This is the field where you can enter the publisher year of the book. This field is not mandatory.

8. Author: - This is the field where you can insert the name of author of book. This field is accepting characters. This field is mandatory.

9. Rank location: - This is the field where you can enter the rank location. This field is not mandatory

10. Quantity: - This is the field where you have to enter the quantity of book. This field is accepting number. This not mandatory field.

11. Price: -This is the field where you have to enter the price of book. This is not mandatory field.

Add Category

8Add Category: -

This is the 7th screen of the manage library named add category. Here you can add the book category

1. Enter book Category: - This is the field where you can enter the book category. And this field is mandatory.
