Add Campaign

Add Campaign: -

This is the 1st screen of campaign module that is adding campaign. In adding campaign page, we create campaign record. We have to first select branch, enter campaign name, and select campaign page and campaign code.

By selecting this value, the campaign URL is auto generated. This URL is used when we create face book campaign. We also want to enter the date range and the validity of that campaign. Also, we have to enter the investment cost support cost in it.

Field Description: -

1. Status: - If campaign is active then you have to select campaign status as active. If campaign is inactive then you have to select campaign status as inactive. This field is mandatory.
2. Campaign For: - If campaign for institute then you have to select campaign for as institute. If campaign for service then you have to select campaign for service. This field is mandatory.
3. Campaign Name: - In this field you have to enter campaign name here. This field is mandatory.
4. Campaign Page: - In this field you have to select campaign page. This is actually a landing page you made for campaign. This field is mandatory.
5. Campaign Code: - In this field you have to enter unique campaign code. Next to this filed last entered campaign code is shown. You have to enter the next number of that shown number. If campaign code is already existing then system gives an error. You have to enter new campaign code. This field is mandatory.
6. Signup Form Visibility: - every campaign page has signup form when it loaded. If you want to hide it then you have to select hide and when you want to show that form then you have to select show as sign up form visibility and this field is mandatory.
7. Campaign URL: - when you select campaign page, campaign code and signup form visibility then this campaign URL is auto generated. You have to just paste this URL when any campaign you will run. This field is mandatory.
8. Pixel Code: - If you are running Facebook campaign then you have to enter here pixel code. This field is not mandatory.
9. Validity: - If campaign has no validity then you have to select validity as unlimited period then from date, to date and response date column are automatically hide by system. If campaign has validity then you have to select validity as limited period and you have to enter from date, to date and response date. This field is mandatory.
10. Investment Cost: - You have to enter here investment cost that you invest in that campaign making. This field is not mandatory.
11. Supporting Cost: - You have to enter here supporting cost that you invest for supporting campaign. This field is not mandatory.
12. Total Cost: - This field is auto calculated after entering investment and supporting cost. This field is not mandatory.
