Add Customer

Add Customer: -

This is 1st screen on manage service module. In this screen you can add customer details from here like customer name, gender, mobile number, date of birth etc.

Fields that are marked with red stars are mandatory fields in the form. This for when your sale any product to anyone you should select customer 1st.Hence you need to add customer first.

Field Description: -

  1. Customer ID: - The customer Id is auto generated. This field is Mandatory.

 

  1. Customer Name: - In this field you have to enter customer name. This field does not accept numbers. This field is Mandatory.
  2. Gender: - In this field you have to select gender of customer. This field is not mandatory.
  3. Date of Birth: - In this field you have to select Date of birth of customer. This field is not mandatory.
  4. Anniversary Date: - In this field you have to select anniversary Date of customer. This field is not mandatory.
  5. Mobile1: - In this field you have to enter the customer’s mobile number. This field accepts only numbers not white spaces, characters and special characters. This field is mandatory.
  6. Mobile2: - In this field you have to enter the customer’s alternative mobile number. This field accepts only numbers not white spaces, characters and special characters. This field is not mandatory.
  7. Email: - In this field you have to enter customer’s personal email address. The email address should be in proper format. Example-(yourname@gmail.com). This field is mandatory.
  8. Customer GST number (if available): - In this field you have to enter customer GST number if available. This field is mandatory.
  9. Billing Address: - In this field you have to enter customer’s address here. This field is not mandatory.
  10. Delivery Address: - In this field you have to enter customer’s address here. This field is not mandatory.
  11. DND: - In this field you have to select which type of SMS customer wants to take on DND mode. This field is not mandatory.
  12. Select Membership: - In this field, if customer wants membership then select yes otherwise select no. if you select yes then you have to select which member ship the customer wants. After selecting membership, the membership details are automatically display on below of membership. Also, you have to select start and end date of that membership. In payment mode you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details. This field is mandatory if select yes.
  13. Notes: - In this field you have to enter any note. This field is not mandatory.
