Manage service Inquiry

  1. Manage Service Inquiry
  2. This is 2nd screen of our Manage Services Module that is Manage Service Inquiry. In this screen we can view the all inquiries regarding services with detail. We can edit and delete these records from manage service inquiry page. The access of edit and delete records only for super admin.

    We can book this particular inquiry from same page. We also can take follow-ups from here with particular inquiry as the follow up history shown in following image (10.2.1).  Image (10.2.3) shows the screen of Manage Service Inquiry.

    Update Follow-up: - You can update follow-up from here. The button of update follow-up is top right side of the list.  The following images shows update follow-up screen.

    Field Description: -

  3. Customer Details: - In this section you can see the details of the student.
  4. Lead Category: - In this field you have to check the lead category. If the lead is coming through phone then select phone. If the lead came through the walk-in then choose walk-in. This field is Mandatory.
  5. New Follow-up Date: - In this field you have to enter new follow-up date.  When you click on this field, the date picker is open and you just select the next follow-up date. This field is Mandatory.
  6. Lead Grade: - This is lead grade filter in which we can search leads grade wise. You just have to select lead grade type and click on search button then it will show all leads related to that grade you selected.
  7. Response Category: - In this field you have to select response category that is student response for the next follow-up from the dropdown list. This field is mandatory.
  8. Follow-up Description: - In this field you have to enter follow-up description. You have to add what type of follow-up it is. Is student interested for next follow-up or not. This field is not mandatory.

    Field Description: -

  10. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search service enquiry by entering customer name or customer mobile number or any service name. When u enter any keyword then it will search that keyword and show you the result related to that entered keyword. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search enquiries.
  11. Select Enquiry Type: - This is a filter named Enquiry type filter. You can filter/Search the services by selecting enquiry type. You can select enquiry type from drop down list. After selecting enquiry type you have to click on Search button.
  12. Enquiry created by: - This is a filter named Enquiry created by filter. You can filter/Search the services by selecting Staff name who have created. You can select enquiry created by from drop down list. After selecting staff, you have to click on Search button.
  13. Enquiry assign to: - This is a filter named Enquiry assign to filter. You can filter/Search the services by selecting Staff name who have assigned to inquiry. You can select enquiry assigned to from drop down list. After selecting staff, you have to click on Search button.
  14. Select Enquiry source: - This is a filter named Enquiry source filter. You can filter/Search the services by type of source. Select Enquiry source from drop down list. After selecting a source, you have to click on search button.
  15. Select response Type: - This is a filter named Response type filter. You can filter/Search the services by response type. Select the response type from drop down list. After selecting response type click on Search button.
  16. Select Lead Grade: - This is a filter named lead grade filter. You can filter/search the services by lead grade (hot, very hot). Select the lead grade from drop down list. After selecting lead grade click on search button.
  17. Select Date type: - This is a filter named Date type filter. You can filter/search the services by Date type Enquiry date or follow-up date. Select the date type from drop down list. After the selecting date type, you have to click on Search button.
  18. Select follow-up Type: - This is a filter named follow-up type. You can filter/search the services by follow-up type untouched and completed follow-up. After selecting follow-up type click on search button.
