Add & Manage Response Category

This is 12th screen of our General Setting Module that is Managing Response. This is response master in that we add response against enquiries. When follow-up taken against any enquiry then this response is selected. We can edit or delete these records from here shown in following image with arrow. The access of edit and delete records is only for super admin and Center Manager. As shown in following image it shows number of responses in list view as well as show the screen of Add Response.

Field Description: -

  1. Name: - In this filed you have to enter response category name and this filed is mandatory. You can add multiple name by clicking plus icon and also delete it by clicking on delete icon.
  2. SMS template text (For Enrollment): - In this field you have to enter text that you have to send to enrollment student. This field is not mandatory.
  3. SMS template text (For Service): - In this field you have to enter text that you have to send to service customer. This field is not mandatory.
