Batch Specific

  1. Batch Specific: -

This is the 1st screen of SMS and Email module that is Batch specific. In this page you can send SMS or Email as a batch wise. Following image shows batch specific screen.

 

**** 16.1 Batch Specific Screen ****

Field Description: -

  1. Select Batch: - In this field you have to select batch. When you select any batch name system display the student name in that batch. You have to select students whom you want to send SMS or email. This filed is mandatory.
  2. Send By: - If you want to send SMS then you have to select send by as SMS. If you select SMS then you have to select SMS type as a promotional or transactional. If you want to send email then you have to select send by as email. If you select email then you have to enter subject in add subject field, if you want to upload any image into email then you can upload image also you have to select alignment of that image that is if you want image shown above the message then you have to select alignment as above message otherwise select bellow message. This field is mandatory.
  3. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.
  4. Date: - In this filed you have to select date. This filed is not mandatory.
  5. Photo: - In this field you have to select user photo. This flied is not mandatory.

Subscriber Specific

  1. Subscriber Specific: -

This is the 3rd screen of SMS and Email module that is subscriber specific. In this page you can send SMS or Email to active subscribers. Following image shows subscriber specific screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Select Subscriber: - In this field you have to select subscribers. You have to select those subscribers whom you want to send SMS or email. This filed is mandatory.
  2. Send By: - If you want to send SMS then you have to select send by as SMS. If you select SMS then you have to select SMS type as a promotional or transactional. If you want to send email then you have to select send by as email. If you select email then you have to enter subject in add subject field, if you want to upload any image into email then you can upload image also you have to select alignment of that image that is if you want image shown above the message then you have to select alignment as above message otherwise select bellow message. This field is mandatory.
  3. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.
  4. Date: - In this filed you have to select date. This filed is not mandatory.
  5. - In this field you have to select user photo. This flied is not mandatory.

Manage Group

  1. Manage Group: -

This is the 5th screen of SMS and Email module that is manage group. In this page you can see all groups. Following image shows manage group screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search groups by entering group name. When u enter any group name then it will search that group name and show you the result related to that entered keyword. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search grou

Add Group

  1. Add Group: -

This is the 4th screen of SMS and Email module that is Add group. In this page you can send SMS or Email to groups. Following image shows Add group screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Group Name: - In this field you have to enter group name here. This filed is mandatory.
  2. Send To: - In this field you have to select send to staff or student. After selecting send to option you have to select type as active or inactive or all staff or student. This filed is mandatory.
  3. Select Staff/Student: - when you select send to as a staff then this field shows all staff names. If you select student then this filed shows all student names. You have to select here staff or student whom you want to send SMS or email. This filed is mandatory.

Group by SMS

  1. Group by SMS: -

This is the 6th screen of SMS and Email module that is group by SMS. In this page you can send SMS or Email to groups. Following image shows group by SMS screen.

Field Description: -

1. Select Group: - In this field you have to select group. You have to select that group whom you want to send SMS or email. This filed is mandatory.

Send SMS

  1. Send SMS: -

This is the 7th screen of SMS and Email module that is send SMS. In this page you can send SMS or Email to any number or email or staff or student. Following image shows send SMS screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Enter Mobile Number/ Email: - In this field you have to enter mobile number or email id. You have to enter mobile number or email id that you want to send SMS or email.  If you enter number or email here you don’t have to select staff or student.
  2. Select Staff: - In this field you have to select staff whom you want to send SMS or email. If you select staff here you don’t have to enter number or select student.
  3. Select Customer: - In this field you have to select customer whom you want to send SMS or email. If you select customer here you don’t have to enter number or select staff.
  4. Send By: - If you want to send SMS then you have to select send by as SMS. If you select SMS then you have to select SMS type as a promotional or transactional. If you want to send email then you have to select send by as email. If you select email then you have to enter subject in add subject field, if you want to upload any image into email then you can upload image also you have to select alignment of that image that is if you want image shown above the message then you have to select alignment as above message otherwise select bellow message. This field is mandatory.
  5. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.
  6. Date: - In this filed you have to select date. This filed is not mandatory.

Send WhatsApp SMS

  1. Send WhatsApp SMS: -

This is the 8th screen of SMS and Email module that is send WhatsApp sms. In this page you can send SMS or Email to any number or email in WhatsApp. Following image shows WhatsApp SMS screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Enter Mobile No: - In this field you have to enter your mobile number. This field is mandatory.
  2. Select Staff: - In this field you have to select staff. This field is not mandatory.
  3. Select Customer: - In this field you have to select Customer. This field is mandatory.
  4. Category: - In this field you have to select category. This field is not mandatory.

5.Select Template Type: - In this field you have to select Template. This is not mandatory field.

6. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.

Send Bulk WhatsApp SMS

  1. Send Bulk WhatsApp SMS: -

This is the 9th screen of SMS and Email module that is send bulk WhatsApp sms. In this page you can send SMS or Email to any number or email in excel. Following image shows Send Bulk WhatsApp SMS screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Import Excel File: - In this field you have to import excel sheet. You have to create excel sheet with only numbers. This field is mandatory.
  2. Category: - In this field you have to select category. This field is not mandatory.
  1. Select Template Type: - In this field you have to select Template. This is not mandatory field.

3. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.
