Send SMS

1. Send SMS: -

This is the 7^th screen of SMS and Email module that is send SMS. In this page you can send SMS or Email to any number or email or staff or student. Following image shows send SMS screen.

Field Description: -

1. Enter Mobile Number/ Email: - In this field you have to enter mobile number or email id. You have to enter mobile number or email id that you want to send SMS or email.  If you enter number or email here you don’t have to select staff or student.
2. Select Staff: - In this field you have to select staff whom you want to send SMS or email. If you select staff here you don’t have to enter number or select student.
3. Select Customer: - In this field you have to select customer whom you want to send SMS or email. If you select customer here you don’t have to enter number or select staff.
4. Send By: - If you want to send SMS then you have to select send by as SMS. If you select SMS then you have to select SMS type as a promotional or transactional. If you want to send email then you have to select send by as email. If you select email then you have to enter subject in add subject field, if you want to upload any image into email then you can upload image also you have to select alignment of that image that is if you want image shown above the message then you have to select alignment as above message otherwise select bellow message. This field is mandatory.
5. Message: - In this filed you have to enter message that you want to send to students. This field is mandatory.
6. Date: - In this filed you have to select date. This filed is not mandatory.
