This is 2nd screen of our Manage Product Module that is Manage Product Category. In this page you can view all added product categories here in list view with details. The following image shows the manage Product Category screen.

- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search product by entering product category name. When u enter any product category name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered product category name. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search product category.
Add Product Category

This is 1st screen of our Manage Product Module that is Add Product Category. In this page you can add Product Categories.
In that form you can add Product Category related details. Show on website field is related to our shop website. You can add multiple product sub categories here. The following image shows add product category screen.

Field Description: -
1. Category Name: - In this field you have to enter product category name here. This field not accepts numbers. This field is mandatory.
2. Show on Website: - In this field you have to check if you want to show this category on our shop website or not. If you want to show on website then you have to select active otherwise inactive.
3. Sub Category: - In this field you have to enter product sub category name here. You can add multiple subcategories to main category. If you want to show this category on our shop website then you have to check the checkbox next to each category. This field not accepts numbers. This fields are mandatory.
Manage Product
Manage Product
This is 4th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Manage Product. In this page you can view all added products here in list view with details. You can search product branch wise also generate excel sheet of products. The following image shows the manage Product screen.

Field Description: -
- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search product by entering product name, product category name also by using product sub category name. When u enter any product name or category or sub category then it will search that and show you the result related to that entered product name or category. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search products.
- Status Column: - This is status column in manage product list. Each product has status as active or inactive. When product is available then you have to set it as an active otherwise make is as an inactive. When you set any product status as an inactive then you cannot see that product in other screens when you have to select product from stock.
Add Product
Add Product: -
This is 3rd screen of our Manage Product Module that is Add Product. In this page you can add Products.
In that form you can add Products related details like product name, product code, HSN code, product category, product description, size, unit, commission in (%), nontaxable price, brand, vendor, product price and image. The following image shows add product screen.

Field Description: -
- Product Name: - In this field you have to enter product name. This field is mandatory.
- Product code: - In this field you have to enter product code. This field is mandatory.
- HSN code: - In this field you have to enter HSN code. This field is mandatory.
- Product Category: - In this field you have to select product category. After selecting category software shows its subcategories automatically. You have to select sub category also. This fields are mandatory.
- Product Description: - In this field you have to enter product Description. This field is not mandatory.
- Product size: - In this field you have to enter product size. This field is mandatory.
- Product unit: - In this field you have to enter product unit. This field is mandatory.
- Commission (in %): - In this field you have to enter Commission in percentage. This field is not mandatory.
- Product Non-Tax Price: - In this field you have to enter product nontaxable price. This field accepts only numbers. This field is mandatory.
- Product Brand: - In this field you have to enter product brand name. This field is not mandatory.
- Select Vendor Name: - In this field you have to select vendor name from whom you purchase products. This field is mandatory.
- Product Type: - In this field you have to select product type that is the product is in which type, powder, liquid or creamy. This field is not mandatory.
- Upload Image: - In this field you can add multiple product images by just clicking on plus icon. By using browse button, you can browse and upload
the image of product. You can delete the images by clicking delete icon. This field is not mandatory.
Manage Checkout
Manage Checkout: -
This is 6th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Manage Checkout. In this page you can view all added Checkout here in list view with details.
You can search Checkout branch wise as well as date wise that is by selecting date range as a to date and from date also generate excel sheet of products. The following image shows the manage Product screen.

Field Description: -
- From Date - To Date Search: - This is a filter named date filter. You can filter/search checkout by selecting the Date range. When u select the date range then it will show all the checkouts between that date ranges. The range to date is always greater than from date. After selecting date range, you have to click on search button to search checkouts.
- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search checkouts by entering product name, type and employee name. When u enter any product name, type or employee name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered product name or employee name or type. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search checkouts.
Add Checkout
Add Checkout: -
This is 5th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Add Checkout. In this page you can add Checkout.
In that form you can add products for checkout with selecting branch as well as how much or how many products are given to which faculty is also added. After checkout done then stock products quantities are automatically changing as per the checkout products quantities. The following image shows add Checkout screen.

Field Description: -
- Select Product Name: - In this field you have to select product name which you want to check out for any staff. You can add multiple check outs for same staff. By clicking plus icon, you can add it. If you want to delete it you can delete by clicking on delete icon. This field is mandatory.
- Unit: - In this field you have to enter selected product unit. This field is mandatory.
- Select from: - In this field you have to select that from which you check out that product. Is that product from stock, shelf or consumable? This field is mandatory.
- Quantity in store: - In this field you have to enter the quantity of the selected product in store. This field is mandatory.
- Issue Quantity: - In this field you have to enter the issue quantity of the selected product. This field is mandatory.
- Select To: - In this field you have to select that selected product is goes in shelf or consumable product. This field is mandatory.
- Select Employee: - In this field you have to select the employee name whom you issue the selected product. This filed is mandatory.
Manage Purchase Product

This is 8th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Manage Purchase. In this page you can view all added Purchase here in list view with details.
You can search Checkout branch wise as well as date wise that is by selecting date range as a to date and from date. The following image shows the manage Product screen.

Field Description: -
- From Date - To Date Search: - This is a filter named date filter. You can filter/search purchase by selecting the Date range. When u select the date range then it will show all the purchase between that date ranges. The range to date is always greater than from date. After selecting date range, you have to click on search button to search purchase.
- Select Vendor: - This is a filter named Select Vender. You can filter/Search vendor. When u select vender, you have to click on search button to search vender.
- Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search checkouts by entering product name and vendor name. When u enter any product name or vendor name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered product name or vendor name or type. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search purchase.
- Export to Excel: - This is shown excel sheet symbol on top of the list. By clicking on this icon, you can get excel sheet format of all purchase.
Remaining amount payment is also done on same page on clicking on make payment image. Image (11.8.1) shows history of payment and image (11.8.2) shows make payment screen. You can view the invoice of purchase. View image (11.8.3).

Field Description: -
- View Column: - In this column you can view the payment receipt with all payment details. You have to just click on view icon.
- Print Column: - in this column you can directly print the receipt from here.

Field Description: -
- Date: - This field shows current date because you doing payment entry for today. This date is payment date.
- Invoice Number: - This is invoice number. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Vendor Name: - This shows vendor name. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Total Product price: - This shows total product amount. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Discount: - This shows Discount. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Total Discounted Price: - This shows discounted price. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Final Payment: - This shows final amount. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Total Paid Amount: - This shows total paid amount. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Remaining Amount: - This shows balance amount. Which is shown automatically by system and it is mandatory.
- Deposit amount: - In this field you have to enter the amount that we are paying to the vendor. This field accepts only numbers and it is mandatory.
- Select Payment Mode: - In this field you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details This field is mandatory.
- Remaining Amount: - this field shows remaining amount to be paid as per the calculation of balance amount and deposit amount.

Purchase Product
Purchase Product: -
This is 7th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Purchase. In this page you can add Checkout.
In that form you can add products you are purchasing with details like vendor name, invoice number, referral invoice number, products, product price related details etc. The following image shows Purchase screen.

****11.7 Purchase Screen ****
Field Description: -
- Date: - In this field you have to select purchase date of product. This filed is mandatory.
- Select Vendor Name: - In this field you have to select vendor name from whom you purchase the products. After selecting vendor, you can access the product list of that vendor. This field is mandatory.
- Select Agent Name: - In this field you have to select agent name from whom you purchase that product. After selecting agent, you can access the product list of that agent. This field is not mandatory.
- Invoice Number: - In this field you have to enter invoice number. This number is system generated. If you want to change the number, then you can change. This field is mandatory.
- Referral Invoice Number: - In this field you have to enter referral invoice number. This field is mandatory.
- Product List: - In this box you have to enter purchased products with is details as given bellow.
- Select Product Name: - first you have to select vendor after that you have to access for add products in list. In this field you have to select purchased products from vendor and it is mandatory. After selecting product name, it shows product details as bellow the product name. The details are product price, product brand, unit and description if available.
- MRP: - after selecting product name MRP price is automatically display in input box. It is mandatory.
- Base price: - after selecting product name base price is automatically display in input box. It is mandatory.
- Quantity: - You have to enter purchased product quantity here and it is mandatory. The stock quantity is automatically changed when you submit the form.
- Discount (in % or in rs/-): - you have to enter discount amount here. You have to select the amount is in percentage or in rupees. It is mandatory.
- Discounted price: - after entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated. It is mandatory.
- CGST: - when you enter CGST percentage in top input box then it automatically calculates the CGST amount in bottom input box. When you enter CGST then IGST input box will automatically disabled.
- SGST: - when you enter SGST percentage in top input box then it automatically calculates the SGST amount in bottom input box. When you enter SGST then IGST input box will automatically disabled.
- IGST: - when you enter IGST percentage in top input box then it automatically calculates the IGST amount in bottom input box. When you enter IGST then CGST and SGST input box will automatically disabled.
- Total price: - after selecting product name total price is automatically display in input box. It is mandatory.
- Staff: - In this field you have to select staff name here. Basically, it is stockiest name and it is default selected. It is mandatory.
- Reset: - It about enabling and disabling MRP and Base price.
- Product Price: - when you select products then product price will automatically calculate the total product price. This filed is mandatory.
- Discount (in % or in rs/-): - you have to enter discount amount here. You have to select the amount is in percentage or in rupees. This discount is on total product price. It is mandatory.
- Discounted price: - after entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated. It is mandatory.
- Total Cost: - when you select products then product price, discounted price then total cost will automatically be calculated. This filed is mandatory.
- Tax: - In this field we can apply different tax on amount. On clicking plus icon, you can add multiple tax. In that you have to enter tax name and tax percentage. This filed is not mandatory.
- Select Payment Mode: - In this field you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details This field is mandatory.
- Amount: - This amount is total payable amount. This field is mandatory.
- Payable Amount: - You have to enter here payable amount that you paid to the vendor. This field is mandatory.
- Wallet Balance: - This amount is automatically calculated when payable amount is greater than total cost. The remaining amount goes into wallet automatically.
- Remaining amount: - This amount is automatically calculated when payable amount is less than total cost. The balance amount goes into remaining amount automatically.
Manage Sales Product

This is 10th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Manage Sales. In this page you can view all added Sales here in list view with details.
You can search sales branch wise as well as date wise that is by selecting date range as a to date and from date. The following image shows manage Sales screen.

Field Description: -

When u select the date range then it will show all the sales between that date ranges. The range to date is always greater than from date. - Export to Excel: - This is shown excel sheet symbol on top of the list. By clicking on this icon, you can get excel sheet format of all sales.
Remaining amount payment is also done on same page on clicking on make payment image. Image (11.10.1) shows history of payment and image (11.10.2) shows make payment screen. You can view the invoice of purchase. View image (11.10.3).

Sales Product: -
This is 9th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Sales. In this page you can add Sales products.
In that form you can add products we are Selling with details like Customer details, invoice number, referral invoice number, products, product price related details etc. The following image shows Sales screen.


****11.9 Sales Screen ****
Field Description: -
- Date: - In this field you have to select sale date of product. This filed is mandatory.
- Referral Invoice Number: - In this field you have to enter referral invoice number. This field is mandatory.
- Show GST: - in this field you have to select yes or no option for show GST or not. It is mandatory.
- Select Type: - In this field you have to select the type to whom your sale the products. After selecting that, the mobile number and customer name fields are auto populated below the select type field. This field is mandatory.
If your sales the products with our other branches then you have to select type as customer. Select the other branch as a customer also you have to select that branch stockiest name. After submitting sales this sale is automatically added in that branch as a purchase.
- Select Customer: - when you selecting type as a student it shows all student name, when you select staff then it shows all staff name and when you select customer then it shows all customers name here. When you select mobile number of that person whom your sale the product then it will display the name of that person automatically. This field is mandatory.
- Sales Product List: - In this box you have to enter purchased products with is details as given bellow.
- Select Product Name: - first you have to select vendor after that you have to access for add products in list. In this field you have to select purchased products from vendor and it is mandatory. After selecting product name, it shows product details as bellow the product name. The details are product price, product brand, unit and description if available.

- Discounted price: - after entering discount, the discounted price is auto calculated. It is mandatory.

- IGST: - when you enter IGST percentage in top input box then it automatically calculates the IGST amount in bottom input box. When you enter IGST then CGST and SGST input box will automatically disabled.
- Total price: - after selecting product name total price is automatically display in input box. It is mandatory.
- Referral Staff: - In this field you have to select staff name here. Basically, you have to select those staff who gave the reference to purchase that product. It is mandatory because the staff incentive is depending on that.
- Reset: - It about enabling and disabling MRP and Base price.
- Product Price: - when you select products then product price will automatically calculate the total product price. This filed is mandatory.
- Select Payment Mode: - In this field you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details This field is mandatory.
- Final Amount: - This amount is total payable amount. This field is mandatory.
- Payable Amount: - You have to enter here payable amount that customer pay to us. This field is mandatory.
- Remaining amount: - This amount is automatically calculated when payable amount is less than total cost. The balance amount goes into remaining amount automatically.

This is 12th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Manage Vendor. In this page you can view all added Vendor here in list view with details.
You can search Checkout branch wise as well as date wise that is by selecting date range as a to date and from date. The following image shows manage Vendor screen.

In that form You can add vendor details like vendor name, contact number, email id, address, description, invoice number, date, tax number, GST number and photo. The following image shows Add vendor screen.

- Vendor Name: - In this field you have to enter vendor name. This filed not accepts numbers and it is mandatory.
- Contact Number: - In this field you have to enter contact number of vendors. This field accepts only numbers. It is not mandatory.
- Email: - In this field you have to enter email id of vendor. The email address should be in proper format. Example-(vendorname@gmail.com). This field is not mandatory.
- Address: - In this field you have to enter address of vendor. It is not mandatory.
- Description: - In this field you have to enter description about vendor. It is not mandatory.
- Invoice Number: - In this field you have to enter invoice number. It is not mandatory.
- Date: - In this field you have to select date. It is not mandatory.
- Tax Number: - In this field you have to enter tax number. It is not mandatory.
- GST Number: - In this field you have to enter GST number. It is not mandatory.
- Photo: - You can upload vendor photo from here. By clicking browse button you can add vendor photo. This field is not mandatory.
Add Consumption
Add Consumption
This is 13th screen of our Manage Product Module that is Add Consumption. In this page you can add consumption against employees. Following image shows add consumption screen.

- Date: - In this field you have to select date. This filed is mandatory.
- Select Employee: - In this field you have to select employee against which you added products. It is mandatory.

- Select Product Name: - In this field you have to select product name for add in consumption. You can add multiple products by just clicking on plus icon and delete it by clicking on delete icon.
- Quantity: - You have to enter sale product quantity here and it is mandatory. The stock quantity is automatically changed when you submit the form.
- Product unit: - In this field you have to enter product unit. This field is mandatory and also enter type (gm, ml) of unit in next input box.
- Product Description: - In this field you have to enter product Description. This field is not mandatory.
Manage Payment Mode

This is 7th screen of our Manage Expense Module that is Manage Payment mode. In this screen you make entry of Payment mode. Following image shows the screen of Manage Bank Account.
