Add Customer Membership

This is 13^th screen of our Manage Services Module that is Add Customer Membership. In this page we add Customer Membership details here.

In that form we add Membership to Customer and fill Customer details, Membership details and payment details. The following image shows add customer Membership screen.

Field Description: -

1. Search by Mobile Number: You have to select mobile number of that person who has book the membership. This field is mandatory.
2. Select Customer: - when you selecting mobile number of that person whose membership you booked then it will display the name of that person automatically. This field is mandatory.
3. Select Membership: - In this field you have to select membership that customer wants to purchase. This filed is mandatory.
4. Membership Details: - When you select membership then member ship details are automatically display in membership details. This field is mandatory.
5. Start Date: - In this field you have to select start date of membership. This field is mandatory.
6. End Date: - In this field you have to select end date of membership. This field is mandatory.
7. Select Payment Mode: - In this field you have to select payment mode from drop down list. If you select cheque then you have to enter cheque details, if you select credit card then you have to enter credit card details This field is mandatory.
8. Amount (non-taxable): - In this filed the amount is automatically display in input box when you select membership. This amount is nontaxable and it’s mandatory.
