Manage Course

This is the 4th screen of manage course. Added Courses are shown on manage course page in list view. Following image shows manage course screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search course by entering course name or course category name. When u enter any course name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered course name. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search courses.

Add Course

This is 3rd screen of our Manage Course Module that is Add Course. In this screen we add course related details here like course category, course name, add subject, course duration, course description, course fees etc. Following image shows add course screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Select Course Domain: - In this field you have to select course domain for the course. This is mandatory filed.
  2. Select Course Category: - In this field you have to select course category for the course. This is mandatory filed.
  3. Select Category: -a) If you select is parent as a category, then it will show child courses.
  1. If you select is child category, then it will show respective subjects.
  2. Course Name: - In this field you have to enter course name. This field is mandatory.
  3. Select Log sheet: - In this field you have to select the Log sheet related to course. This is mandatory field
  4. Select Subject: - In this field you see the number of subjects. You have to select subjects to add in course.
  5. Search: - In this field we can search the subject, topic number or topic name wise. It will show all topics related to that subject. You can remove any topic by just clicking on cross button.
  6. Course Duration: - In this field you have to add course duration. This field is mandatory.
  7. Course Description: - In this field you have to add course description. This field is not mandatory.
  8. Course Fees (nontaxable fees): - In this filed you have to add fees. This filed accepts only numbers. This field is not mandatory.
  • Normal OTP Discount: - (One-time payment)
  • Normal Installment Discount
  • Normal-OTP Installment Discount: - (One-time installment payment)

11.Course Discounts (in %): - In this filed you have to add fees. This filed accepts only numbers. This field is not mandatory.

  • Now OTP Discount: - (One-time payment)
  • Now Installment Discount
  • Now-OTP Installment Discount: - (One time installment payment)

Manage Logsheet

Manage Logsheet

This is 13th screen of our Manage Course Module that is that is Manage Logsheet. In this screen we add course domain, Subject and Topic.

We have to also enter topic content and model required for particular topic.

On manage Logsheet We can edit or delete these records. The access of edit and delete records is for super admin, Center Manager. Following image shows add and Manage Logsheet screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Select Domain Name: - In this field you have to select domain name. And this field is mandatory.
  2. Enter Logsheet name: - In this field you have to enter the Logsheet name. This field is mandatory.
  3. Select Subject: - In this field you have to select the subject related to domain. This field is mandatory.
  4. Select Topic: - In this field you have to select topic related to subject.
  5. Topic Content: - In this field you have to enter the content related to topic. This field not mandatory.
  6. Model required: - In this field you have to enter the count of model required to perform the practical.

Manage Course Category

This is the 6th screen of manage course that is manage course category. Added Course categories are shown on manage course category page in list view.

We can edit or delete these records from manage course category page. The access of edit and delete records is for super admin, Center Manager. Following image shows manage course category screen.

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search course by entering course category name. When u enter any course category name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered course category. Add Course Domain

This is the 1st screen of our manage Course named Add course domain. In this screen we add the Course Domain details such as Hair, Beauty, Makeup etc. Following is the image of add course Domain.

Field Description: -

  1. Course Domain: - In this field you have to Enter course Domain for the course. This is mandatory filed.
  2. Show for App:- In this field you have to enter yes /no option for the Application. This field is mandatory.
  3. Show for Website:- In this field you have to enter yes /no option for the Website. This field is mandatory.

  1. Category Name: - In this field you have to enter category name. This field is used when course is created. This field is mandatory.

This is the 8th screen of manage course that is manage Subject. Added Subjects are shown on manage Subject page in list view. Following image shows manage subject screen.

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search subject by entering subject name. When you enter any subject name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered subject. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search subject.

This is 7th screen of our Manage Course Module that is Add Subject. In this screen we add subject related details here like Subject name, description, teachers and Branch.  Following image shows add Subject screen.

  1. Select Course Domain: - In this field you have to select course domain for the course. This is mandatory filed.
  2. Subject Name: - In this field you have to enter subject name. This field accepts only characters. This field is mandatory.
  3. Description: - In this field you have to add subject description. This field is not mandatory.
  4. Selected Topic: - By clicking on selected topic you can select the topic added in course domain.

Manage Topic

This is the 10th screen of manage course that is manage Topic. Added    Topics are shown on manage Topic page in list view. Following image shows manage Topic screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Select Subject: - This is a filter named select subject filter. You can filter/search topic by selecting subject name. When you select any subject name from drop down list then it will search that name and show you the result related to that selected subject. After selecting subject, you have to click on search button to search topics subject wise.
  2. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search topic by entering subject name or topic name. When you enter any subject name or topic name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered subject or topic name. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search topics.

Add Topic

This is 9th screen of our Manage Course Module that is Add Topic. In this screen we add Topic related details here like select Subject name and add multiple topics in it with duration and description.  Following image shows add Topic screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Select Domain: - In this field you have to select domain to add topic in it. This field is required.
  2. Add Topic: - By clicking plus button you can add multiple topics in it. You can also delete it by clicking delete icon. You have to add topic name, topic duration and topic description in it.

Topic Name: - This is a field where you have to enter topic name. This field is mandatory.

  • Duration: - In this field you have to add topic duration. This field is mandatory
  • Description: - In this field you have to add topic description. This field is mandatory.
  • Model Requirement: - In this field you have to enter model requirement. This field is mandatory

Add Batch

This is 11th screen of our Manage Course Module that is Add Batch. In this screen we add Batch related details here like select Course name, batch name, and select faculty, start date, end date, start time and end time. Following image shows add Batch screen.

Field Description: -

  1. Batch Name: - In this field you have to select batch name and this field is mandatory.
  2. Select Batch Type: - In this field you have to select batch type. This field is required.
  3. Select Batch Category: - In this field you have to select batch domain category name. This field is required.
  4. Select Course (pending for enrolled): - In this field you have to select course. This field is required.
  5. Select Batch Time: - In this field you have to select batch time and this field is mandatory.
  6. Select Faculty: - In this field you have to select faculty name and this field is mandatory.
  7. Start date: - In this field you have to select start date and this field is mandatory.  

Manage Batch

This is the 12th screen of manage course that is manage Batch. Added Batches are shown on manage Batch page in list view.

We can edit or delete these records from manage Batch page. The access of edit and delete records is for super admin, Center Manager. Following image shows manage Batch screen.

  1. Keyword: - This is a filter named keyword filter. You can filter/search batch by entering batch name. When you enter any batch name then it will search that name and show you the result related to that entered batch name. After entering any keyword, you have to click on search button to search batch.

Import Course

Import Course

This is 14th screen of our Manage Course Module that is Import Course. We need this screen for import the Course directly from the excel sheet into system. When we import Course list into system then it automatically adds into Course and display on manage Course page.

We have provided excel sheet format that which format you have to upload the excel sheet. The file format is must be .xls format. The Following Image shows the screen of import course page.

 

**** 3.14 Import Course Screen ****

Field Description: -

  1. Import Excel file: - In this field you can import excel file of course. You can browse file from browse button. This course directly added into course.
  2. Download Excel: - You can download the format of excel file from download excel option given below the save button. You have to import excel file in the given format.
